"BETWEEN YOU & ME"

This new and original monologue

has been created for an actor aged anywhere from 38 to 60.  

 

It follows the thoughts and adventures of David, a charming and handsome, but also very eccentric data analyst.  Following a disastrous attempt at trying to get engaged, he explores in great depth the challenges of finding a long term partner in the chaos of the modern world. Obsessed by statistics, theories, research and other mostly useless information, David tries to navigate his way through the complexities of life and love.

 

This economical and hugely entertaining new comedy touches on dozens of relatable topics as David explores more theories about relationships than anyone could possibly need to know.  We also follow him as he meets with new women, remembers past affairs, and encounters ex girlfriends he was hoping to avoid.  

 

Often talking directly to the audience, but also interacting with imaginary characters on stage - this is a cleverly constructed 90 minutes of fun.  People will leave the theatre contemplating their own lives and laughing about how ridiculous we can all be - whether married, single or in-between..
